Privacy, terms and accessibility

This page explains how website enquiries are handled and how to contact Amit about privacy or accessibility.

Enquiry forms

Information entered in a form is sent to Amit's management system to review the enquiry, respond and provide the requested service. The website then prepares a WhatsApp message, which is sent only if the visitor chooses to send it. The form does not send an email.

Information and service providers

The system stores information submitted by the visitor, such as name, telephone number, enquiry type, date, location and message. The management system uses Google Firebase. Information is kept while needed to handle the enquiry, provide the service or meet a legal requirement.

External services

WhatsApp, Instagram and YouTube are external services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Public website content is informational and does not confirm availability, price or a booking.

Accessibility

The website includes keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic headings, form labels, alternative text and reduced-motion support. If a page or external item is not accessible, contact Amit for assistance or an accessible alternative where possible.
